I graduated in 2012 with a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I pursued a legal career for the first three years after college, with the ultimate goal of practicing environmental law. Over the course of this time I found myself constantly trying to alleviate major inefficiencies in the legal system, particularly the digital distribution of court documents to attorneys. I began writing code as a means of solving these inefficiencies, and realized that my true passion was in development. I am currently looking to bring my skills and interests to a company that focuses on mentorship and a constant dedication to learning new technologies as a means of solving real-world problems.
I have spent the last six months honing my developer skills as a student at Galvanize. Below is a list of some of my projects from the last six months.
